On September 5, Dongfang Science and Technology Group held the 2023 Scholarship Awarding Ceremony of "Dongfang Scholarship". This year, a total of 34 children of Oriental Group employees who were admitted to higher education institutions were awarded. Mr. Huang Zhigang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, personally awarded the scholarships to each of the Oriental parents who received the scholarships, and expressed his warm congratulations and good wishes to them. It is hoped that the children of Dongfang will continue to refine their studies, study hard and grow up on campus, shine in their respective positions in the future, and become contributors to society.
The "Oriental Scholarship" activity is an internal incentive activity of Oriental Technology Group for employees to improve their academic and professional skills. Starting from 2003, the Group has been giving incentives to its employees for continuing education and upgrading their academic qualifications every year, encouraging them to continue their studies and obtain higher academic qualifications while they are working. At the same time, the Group also regularly arranges for employees to continue their education in professional training schools, or invites experts and teachers to give lectures to the Group to improve their professional skills. Starting from 2013, the "Employee Scholarship" covers the children of employees, and rewards the children of the Group's employees for entering higher education institutions. It encourages employees to pay attention to family education while working and to cultivate more useful talents.
